Safeguarding
At Starling Collective the safeguarding of the people we work with is one of our main priorities at all times. It is the core focus and intention in all that we do. We have a responsibility to those we work with and a commitment to keep them safe and do no harm. We keep this in mind at all stages of our work from the co-design process, the delivery and reporting of our services. The staff and volunteers in Starling Collective are committed to good practice which promotes the welfare of vulnerable adults, children and young people. The staff and volunteers accept and recognise their responsibility to provide an environment which promotes their safety at all times.
